This is a 3-hour facilitated experience (with breaks) that includes teachings on talking circle facilitation using the approach I've cultivated for more than four years. Then, we'll integrate these teachings in a collective sharing practice. Participants will receive a pdf of the Circling Agreements with permission to use them in their own circles, access to the replay, and organized links to all related resources currently offered freely on my website.

A note on privacy: this workshop will be recorded, minus the (primary) collective sharing portion. Any secondary sharing, e.g. popcorn-style debriefing, Q&A, etc. will be recorded. I reserve the right to distribute this recording, without reservation. At least 24 hours prior to this workshop, you will be provided with instructions on how to change your name and Zoom tile, should you wish.
A note on accessibility: if the cost of this workshop is not accessible to you, please email me at kristi@deeperintegrity.earth. While I would like to get compensated for my time and expertise, I also do not want to turn away anyone due to cost.
A note on pricing: this workshop is priced to reflect that it’s in its first iteration. Future workshops and circle facilitation programs will likely be priced higher.
A note on attendance: if turnout is low or high, the collective sharing portion will be modified. If it’s low, we can make use of extra time by diving deeper into the teachings. If it’s high, we may need to employ breakout rooms.
