I’m so happy that my product or service speaks to you! Before completing your purchase, please review these terms carefully, as all purchases and payments for services are governed by them.

INTENTION BEHIND THESE TERMS

These terms are intended to bring more mindfulness to the checkout process. I invite you take your time – step away if you’re unsure – and feel inside your body whether this purchase feels truly aligned. I do my best to not introduce scarcity into my marketing unless there is a true need for it (e.g. ‘our program starts tomorrow’).

Additionally, please understand that refunding a full or partial transaction takes administrative time and is costly. Because the ‘need’ for a refund or reimbursement can usually be entirely mitigated via more mindfulness at checkout, in most cases I do not offer refunds, reimbursements, or credits.  

PURCHASES ARE (Usually*) FINAL

Please slow down! Carefully review the sales page for the product, circle, program, or service you’re planning to purchase and reach out to me at kristi@kristiamdahl.com if you have any questions (or if something’s not clear) before you complete your purchase.

No refunds, reimbursements, or credits will generally* be offered, so please ensure that you truly want the product, program, or service before completing your purchase.

*This policy is not intended to “force” anyone to remain in a program should doing so create true hardship or be out of integrity for them. If this becomes your experience, please connect with me on this so that we can address it. While this is not an opportunity to receive credit, refund, or consideration for services, etc. already received, it is an opportunity to re-evaluate things moving forward.

COUPON CODES

Please make sure to (1) enter your coupon code correctly, and (2) ensure that it’s been applied prior to completing your purchase. If your coupon code doesn’t work but you believe it should*, stop – do not complete your purchase – and email me at kristi@kristiamdahl.com.

*Note that coupon codes are nearly always date-specific and maybe even unique to your email address.

Again, I do not offer refunds or reimbursements or credits, including for scenarios where a valid coupon code didn’t get properly applied.

POST-PURCHASE SALES

I rarely discount my offerings, so this likely won’t come up often (if at all). But even if it does, my no-refund and no-reimbursement policy remains in effect.

In the event that I offer a sale or bundled offer shortly after you purchase something from me (e.g. within 14 days), please feel free to reach out. Again, I do not offer refunds or reimbursements, but if agree with your position, I may offer you a credit to be applied towards a future purchase.

EARLY ENROLLMENT PRICING

Early enrollment pricing exists to help me gauge program interest, which is critically important to my planning process. Barring a legitimate business need to do otherwise, early enrollment pricing will be offered for at least four weeks to allow for thoughtful reflection to determine whether the offer is an aligned investment.

Given my intentions behind early bird pricing, I don’t backdate it. So please make sure you read sales pages carefully and make note of any such deadlines.

COURSES

You have ongoing access to the ‘current version’ of the course you purchased. This generally includes minor updates only.

In the event that I significantly overhaul course content, I will generally plan to offer it as a new, separate course.

In the event that I switch course platforms or discontinue a course, you will receive 30 days’ notice to download all downloadable content OR a zipped file with said content. Note that videos may not be downloadable.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are offered as a means of making higher-ticket offers and services more accessible to you. There are no “penalty” costs baked into my payment plans. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for completing all payments you agreed to at checkout even if you stop participating in the offering.

EMAIL Communications

When you purchase anything from me, you may automatically get added to my newsletter distribution list.

It’s easy to unsubscribe from these emails, and I encourage you to do so if they don’t serve you. It’s not personal! Note that you will continue to receive any applicable transactional emails, e.g. those that include receipts or upcoming changes to offerings you’ve enrolled in.
