Wayfinding
Wayfinding is my approach to coaching based around the simple principle of moving into deeper integrity with who we truly are. It’s an intuitive approach to navigating challenges and a powerful antidote to those exacerbated by a collapsing world.

Wayfinding is for humans who:
Are collapse-aware and recognize the futility of holding onto or embracing unsustainable lifestyles,
Refute the validity of capitalism itself and dare to renegotiate how they engage with it,
Want coaching support for normal life challenges, e.g. burnout, divorce, midlife crisis, perimenopause, etc.,
Want coaching support for collapse-induced challenges, e.g. forced AI use, existential crisis, activist burnout, ethical consumption, etc., and/or
Are ready to prioritize the things that bring them joy and evoke their creativity, because moving into deeper integrity during late-stage capitalism and collapse necessitates it.

We’ll meet biweekly via phone calls or video sessions for an initial 12-week commitment.
Asynchronous between-session support via Signal is available as an add-on.

Some outcomes:
Answered the question (in a single session): “Do I want to have children?” Significance: they’d struggled with this in therapy for years. Now: they are thrilled to have a baby.
Answered the question: “What do I actually want?” Significance: they were feeling deeply restless but somewhat directionless. Now: they relocated, pivoted in their business, and — last I heard — may be in a new partnership.

Q: Everyone calls themselves a coach. What training have you completed? What certifications do you have?
A: I am a Martha Beck-certified Wayfinder Master Coach and ICF-credentialed coach. Between Life Coach Training and Master Coach Training, I have completed over 400 hours of training and received in-depth mentor coaching to become a better coach. I “stay sharp” by taking continuing education credits, participating in wayfinding-adjacent group programs, and by navigating the entirety of my own life as a wayfinder (dating back to 1998).

Circles
Talking circles are sacred spaces. In circle, we explore who we truly are, hold powerful space for each other, and practice equity in sharing. In circle, we witness transformation unfold.

Talking circles are for humans who:
Hold the gender identity required for the circle they wish to join
Recognize their privilege with humility rather than fragility (most of us carry some privilege)
Are open to exploring things like synchronicities, earth-centered practices, and/or tools like tarot or astrology (note: I’m not a reader, but I find value in them)
Are yearning for more depth in their daily lives and how they approach their problems
Talking circles explore issues such as:
Navigating capitalism and other -isms
Self-love and self-worth
Existential matters
Our collective wellbeing
Feminism and patriarchy
Privilege
People-pleasing, boundaries, self-care
Pretty much anything that relates to wayfinding
Whatever your mind or heart is pulling you to share

Gathering with sisters is masterfully facilitated by Kristi. The sacredness of the circle is held with each sister being able to share from her own experience and what is important to her in the present. It’s wonderful to be in a space that is non-judgmental, accepting, and also has boundaries so that everyone feels welcome.

My intuition led me to sign up for a Sacred Sister Circle online with Kristi. It sounded like it would be supportive and so I signed up without a lot of thought. Two weeks later I found myself in some fresh grief and confusion the day before the circle. I couldn’t help but think about how likely the universe had my back when I had signed up two weeks earlier. I went to the circle and felt incredibly supported by Kristi’s gifted facilitation, I was grounded by the slow intentional unfolding of the circle and I left the circle with more connection to my own wisdom, and was really encouraged by the other women in the circle. Attending this circle is my new favorite form of self-care!

First, you don’t need any training to facilitate a talking circle! AND there are certain skills and foundational practices that I believe are necessary to prevent circling “mishaps.”

Gatherings
Gatherings are informal circles where we do things like share food, knit, and/or hang out around the fire pit. Unlike structured talking circles, gatherings emphasize social engagement.

Hold the gender identity required for the gathering they wish to join
May identify as feminists, witches, anti-capitalists, heathens, mystics, non-conformists, or …?
Are yearning for more depth and deeper connection
Gatherings may be:
Knitting circles where we explore navigating capitalism and other -isms
A book club where we discuss witchy reads, folklore, etc.
Fire circles involving drums, guitars, and reflections on existential matters
Daytime potlucks and swaps
Etc.
