If you purchase something through my shop, your purchase info will be stored by either Squarespace or another entity (for example, ThriveCart and/or Stripe). I am quite certain that I cannot delete your purchase history from these entities, but if you ask me to try, I will.
Cookies, Google, Kit, and such (as of June 30, 2026):
This website is connected to Google Search Console, which monitors traffic, page views, etc. I cannot see who has visited my site, but I can drill into the reporting to see where my site visitors come from, whether they’re viewing this site on desktop or mobile, etc.. Do I actually do this? Hardly ever (I don’t think I’ve done it at all in 2026).
About cookies: I don’t fully have my head wrapped around them, and unless you’re actually logged into my Squarespace site, leave a comment somewhere (a feature that is currently disabled), complete a form, or make a purchase, I wouldn’t have a clue as to how to track you. But these “cookies” (wtf do they call them that?!) are — to my understanding — always lurking. If this concerns you, please reject all cookies in the popup on the lower left of the screen. Don’t see it? Try opening this website in a private browser window.
About emails I send through Kit: If you are subscribed to my newsletter or make a purchase, you will receive emails from me via Kit. I can see who opens these emails and how they engage with them, e.g. what they click on. Some emails might add a tag if you click on particular things. THIS IS A METRIC THAT I ACTUALLY LOOK AT. I want to see what lands and what doesn’t. Unsubscribing from my email list doesn’t automatically delete your data, but I will almost always delete your data anyway because I like to have a clean email list. Again, just ask if you want your data deleted when you unsubscribe.

GDPR and CCPA are acts provide additional rights to people who live either in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA). I believe that this site’s policies offer more protection to you than both, but if you have any concerns, please let me know so that I can remedy them.
CAN-SPAM — among other things — is a consumer protection act that requires all marketing emails include a physical mailing address in the footer and the option to unsubscribe. My emails are fully compliant with CAN-SPAM (but please don’t mail me stuff).
I may be missing things. I used to use a legal template for my policies, but I can’t stand them because they are unnecessarily complicated and impersonal. The takeaway: if you have any concerns at all about privacy, you are welcome to email me. I’m not a shady human and will bend over backwards to make sure that I’m not storing data somewhere that you wish didn’t exist (assuming that I have the power to do so).

I do my best to not introduce scarcity into my marketing unless there is a true need for it (e.g. ‘our program starts tomorrow’).
Please understand that refunding a full or partial transaction takes administrative time and is costly. Because the need for a refund or reimbursement can usually be entirely mitigated via more mindfulness at checkout, I generally do not offer refunds, reimbursements, or credits.

POST-PURCHASE SALES
I rarely discount my offerings, so this likely won’t come up. But even if it does, my no-refund and no-reimbursement policy remains in effect.
In the event that I do offer a sale or bundled offer shortly after you purchase something from me (e.g. within 14 days), please feel free to reach out. Again, I do not offer refunds or reimbursements, but if agree with your position, I may offer you a credit to be applied towards a future purchase, or a “bonus” of some kind.
EARLY ENROLLMENT PRICING
Early enrollment pricing exists to help me gauge program interest, which is critically important to my planning process. Barring a legitimate business need to do otherwise, early enrollment pricing will be offered for at least four weeks to allow for thoughtful reflection to determine whether the offer is an aligned investment.
Given my intentions behind early bird pricing, I don’t backdate it. So please make sure you read sales pages carefully and make note of any such deadlines.
COURSES
You have ongoing access to the ‘current version’ of the course you purchased. This generally includes minor updates only.
In the event that I significantly overhaul course content, I will likely offer it as a new, separate course.
In the event that I switch course platforms or discontinue a course, you will receive 30 days’ notice to download all downloadable content OR a zipped file with said content. Note that videos may not be downloadable.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are offered as a means of making higher-ticket offers and services more accessible to you. There are no “penalty” costs baked into my payment plans. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for completing all payments you agreed to at checkout even if you stop participating in the offering.
EMAIL Communications
When you purchase anything from me, you may automatically get added to my newsletter distribution list.
